- Regular Overhaul (ROH) for the USNS SIOUX (T-ATF 171). The period of Performance for this requirement is to start 1 September 2005 and end 15 October 2005. The area of consideration is CONUS West Coast. Major work items include: Vessel dry-docking; Tank Cleaning; Non-skid; Hull & Freeboard blast & paint; Underwater Hull preservation; Overhaul bow thruster; Repair & Preservation Prop Shaft/Rudder; Overhaul CPP System; Habitability (Stateroom remodel & upgrade); and Refurbish mast & ladders and rails. This is total small business set-aside for MSRA yards. Only written (fax, email, or regular mail) requests will be accepted. The estimated issue date for this solicitation is 29 April 2005. This solicitation will be posted and can be viewed in the Contract Section at www.msc.navy.mil.
