Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation No. Q5292058015 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will be awarded as a firm-fixed price Order for Commercial Items, using simplified acquisition procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 326199; the size standard is 500 employees. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-25. The solicitation items are as follows: Line Item 0001 2'x4'x12' Natural Trex Lumber QTY 100 each, Line Item 0002 2'x4'x16' Natural Trex Lumber QTY 50 each, Line Item 0003 2'x6'x12' Natural Trex Lumber QTY 1200 each, Line Item 0004 2'x6'x16' Natural Trex Lumber QTY 100 each, Line Item 0005 2'x8'x12' Natural Trex Lumber QTY 152 each, Line Item 0006 Shipping Charge if applicable QTY 1 each. The following FAR provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-01 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items FAR 52.212-03 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items FAR 52.212-04 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items FAR 52.212-05 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items FAR 52.225-11 Buy American Act - Construction Materials Under Trade Agreements FAR 52.204-07 Central Contractor Registration FAR 52.232-34 Payment by electronic Funds Transfer - Other than Central Contractor Registration For this solicitation, vendors wishing to respond to this RFQ should provide this office with the following: A price quote on company letterhead for the requested items showing unit price, delivery time after receipt of order, payment terms, correct remittance address; and a completed copy of FAR Clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. This form may be requested from the contracting Officer by FAX or email. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The offeror agrees to hold the prices in the offer firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for the receipt of offers.
