- ONLY WRITTEN OR FAX REQUESTS FOR IFB SOLICITATION PACKAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED, NO EXCEPTIONS - FAX NO. 602/ 379-6763, Attention - Paul Robinson, Contract Specialist. PROJECT DESCRPTION: Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Western Regional Office (WRO), Branch of Natural Resources - the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with plans, specifications and terms of contract for the Restoration of the Reese River Channel, Upper Reese River Valley, in Nye County, NV, for the construction of: (a) Channels A and B; (b) Streambank Stabalization Structure; (c) Grade Control Structure; and (d) Relocation of Diversion E. GROUP SITE VISIT is scheduled for April 19, 2005, Tuesday - TO RSVP FOR ORGANIZED SITE VISIT, contract Mr. Lelin Blossom, BIA Western Nevada Agency at phone number 775/ 887-3550 (participants will meet at 8:00 AM in Fallon, NV to travel approx. 100 miles/one way to the Yomba Indian Reservation). ISSUE DATE OF SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS IS ON/OR ABOUT APRIL 7, 2005. CLOSING DUE DATE for receipt of Sealed Bids is MAY 12, 2005, 2:00 PM MST PHX, AZ LOCAL TIME. Government's Estimated Range for project is $100,000.00 to $250,000.00.
