- Awarding to the American Telemedicine Association (ATA) for planning, full life cycle managment, coordination, execution, logistical support and administrative/technical services for the 2005 Annual ATA/DoD/MRMC sponsored conference, 16-20 April, 200 5 at the Colorado Convention Center, in Denver, Colorado. The ATA of 1100 Connecticut Ave., NW, Suite #540, Washington, DC 20036-4146 is the only source to provide these services as the ATA is the sole sponsor of the conference. Awarding to AVW-TelAV, Audio Visual Solutions of 4545 West Davis St, Dallas, TX 75211 as they are the only officially named audio visual contractor for the same annual conference hosted based on their demonstrated, extensive technical background in this ar ena. The government believes these 2 companies are the only two which can provide the services required for both notifications.
