Description: The purpose of this modification to Pre-Solicitation: W58RGZ-05-R-0373 is to effect the following: 1. Change the type of contract from a 5 Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) to a Base Year with Two (2) 100% Options. 2. The Quantity will change from MIN: 85 each, MAX: 425 each to MIN: 85 each, MAX: 255 each. 3. All other terms and conditions to Presolicitation notice dated 26 Feb 05 will remain unchanged.
