- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Natick Contracting Division, Kansas street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army-Soldier Systems Center, Ariem, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source ba sis with Harvard College, 677 Huntington Ave., Boston, Mass. This order will be in support of a research study to investigate the neurocognitive effects of exposure to jet fuel (JP8, JP5). No solicitation document is available.
