- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA4486-05-T-0012. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-01 and DFARS Change Notice 20050222 Edition. All responsible sources shall submit a written proposal, which will be considered. Facsimile submissions will also be accepted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the solicitation is 423620. This combined synopsis/solicitation is UNRESTRICTED. Items will be BRANDNAME: Jenn-Air. Item/Services Description: 1) Jenn-Air Expressions Collection radiant Cartridge, Color: White, Part Number: AR141W, Quantity: 4 2) Jenn-Air 27-inch Electric Doubel wall mounted oven, Color: white, Part Number: JJW9627DDW, Quantity: 1 3) Jenn-Air Expressions Collection 43? Modular triple electric downdraft cooktop, Color: White, Part Number: CVEX4370W, Quantity: 1 4) Jenn-Air Expressions Electric Griddle, Part Number: AO310, Quantity: 2 5) Jenn-Air Expressions Collection Grill Covers, Color: White, Part Number: AO345W, Quantity: 4 6) Jenn-Air Expressions Energy Saving Grill Assembly, Part Number: AO330, Quantity: 1 The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial items, applies to this acquisition. Offerors shall provide a firm fixed-price offer. The Government will award a firm fixed price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offer whose offer conforming to the solicitation will provide the best value to the government. The government reserves the right to make award to other than the low bidder. Successful contractor must meet all the responsibility requirements of Subpart 9.1 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). A written notice of award or acceptance of offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Evaluation will be made based on the lowest price offer, with the proposed delivery date closest to our target delivery date. Items need to be FOB DESTINATION to McGuire AFB, NJ 08055. Shipping prices to this destination shall be included in the line item. If being shipped from the U.S., the nearest east coast departure point to Lajes Field, Azores, Portugal is McGuire AFB. SUBMISSION OF DELIVERY DATE IS REQUIRED.
