- Provide the following items: 1. Table, operator console, dual level, electronically adjustable. ERO Part Number BAN32 or equal; a quantity of 2 each. 2. Table, operator console, dual level, electronically adjustable. ERO Part Number BAN 18 or equal; a quantity of 4 each. These tables shall be delivered FOB Destination, Arnold AFB TN 37389. Delivery shall be within 30 days after receipt of order. Complete specifications can be reviewed in the solicitation which is in the data library below. Solicitation will be released on or about 8 April 2005 with a response date of 28 April 2005 at 2PM Central Standard Time. Faxed proposals are not allowed and will not be considered. Offerors shall register themselves on the PIXS website to receive a copy of this solicitation. NOTE: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) System in order to be eligible for an award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dun and Bradstreet. Registation may take up to three weeks to process. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award. You shall provide a signed copy of the SF 1449 by the proposal closing date and time specified in the solicitation.
