- Request For Proposal (RFP) Solicitation for NSN 2925-01-486-2499, Igniter, Spark, Gas Turbine, General Electric, Cage 99207, for P/N 4066T34P08 REV "M" or Federal-Mogul Aviation Products, Cage 0AFL4, P/N CH34208-5 are the only approved sources. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price type contract for this item. DSCR does not currently have an approved Technical Data Package (TDP) available for this NSN. Configuration Control Application. Source Control Item. FOB and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. QAP E03 applies. Requested quantity is 354 each. Requested delivery is 164 Days After Receipt of Order. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
