CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM HAMILTON SUNDSTRAND 99167 P/N 748664 Quantity required 20 ea ; Delivery to DDSP, New Cumberland Pa and DDSJ, San Joaquin CA within 300 days ADO, FOB Destination; Inspection/Acceptance at Destination . All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note(s): 26 The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 22 April 2005. Hard copy solicitations will not be furnished. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
