- The purpose of this procurement is to acquire Records Management and Storage services from a records storage facility that enables USAID to temporarily store, retrieve, and dispose inactive Agency records. This applies to hardcopy, micrographic, electronic, audiovisual, and vital records, regardless of media, that are stored during their mandatory retention timeframes until final destruction or permanent transfer to the National Archives.
