- The US Army Contracting Agency (ACA), Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD has a requirement to obtain FIP Support Services for technical and administrative functions for the US Army Developmental Test Center (DTC). Specific tasks include operation and suppo rt of the Document Archival Retrieval System, installation, configuration, upgrade and maintenance of hardware and software in the DTC Local Area Network; the Test Operation Procedures/International Test Operations Procedures, DTC databases, the organizati on and conduct of conferences and symposia and special engineering studies in support of DTC mission initiatives. A indefinite quantity with firm fixed price and time and materials tasks) contract is anticipated. This solicitation is 100% set a-side for small business. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS)Code is 541519 and the Business Size Standard is $21 million. The period of performance will start 26 June 2005 or from date of award, whichever occurs first, and continue for five years. A solicitation will be posted to the following website on or about 31 Dec 2004: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. The solicitation may viewed by clicking Contracting Opportunity Search, clicking ACA, Aberdeen Proving Ground and then cl icking on Continue and select the appropriate RFP number.
