- Description
- Request for Quotation (RFQ) TIRWR-05-Q-00009 is solicited in accordance with Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The purchase order award resulting from this RFQ will be made to a responsible firm at a firm-fixed-priced, evaluation a Base Year from January 30, 2005 through January 29, 2006, and all four-one year option periods. If all four options are unilaterally exercised by the Government, the term of the Contract will end on January 29, 2010. The proposed purchase order is unrestricted. The NAICS Code is 811310 and the business size is $5 million apply. The Internal Revenue Service is seeking the services of a contractor to provide all labor, supervision, test, and repair equipment, tools, replacement parts, materials and travel (transportation and lodging if applicable) to provide preventive and remedial maintenance to Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) Systems (KW, Piller equipment) located at the main Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Ogden Service Center, 1160 West 1200 South, Ogden, UT 84201. Requests for the RFQ shall be made via email to Linda.Talbot@irs.gov or Hal.Davis@irs.gov. E-mail requests shall include the requestor’s mailing address, telephone number, facsimile number and Point of Contact. Telephone requests for RFQ packages will not be accepted. Quotations are due one or before Wednesday, December 15, 2004 at 12:00pm (PST), and must be mailed to: Internal Revenue Service, Suite 1400, 333 Market Street, Attn: Linda J. Talbot, San Francisco, CA 94105. Facsimile quotations or facsimile revisions to quotations will be accepted by the Contracting Officer, the facsimile number is (415)848-4712. However, firms are strongly advised to call the Contracting Officer to confirm receipt by the IRS. The IRS will not accept incomplete quotations or later quotations. Firms are advised these services are critical to the IRS. All quotations, certifications and representations and backup documentation must be received by the Contracting Officer on or before the established due date and time.
