Pricing is not required in your response to this notice. The contract will include an Economic Price Adjustment clause. Award will be within the regulations of “Parallel” contracting to the lowest responsive/responsible bidder, with the best delivery time and the best past performance, whose bid conforms to the solicitation requirements and is the best value to the government.
