Project Number- 1PK-2760 DUE 4/20/2005 POC Robert Lipman, President, Crown Partnership,Inc., Phone 212-349-9400, Fax 212-843-8224, POP Portsmouth, NH E-MAIL: robert.lipman@crownpartnership.com The United States Government currently occupies approximately 12,707 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (previously usable) square feet of office space under a soon to expire lease in Portsmouth, NH.. The Government is considering a competition for alternative office space and will relocate if a consideration of the economics and other factors involved are supportive. The cost of moving, alterations and occupant agency mission, among other items, will be considered in evaluating the alternative. This is an inquiry for available space and is not to be construed as an invitation to bid. The space must be in the City of Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The Government is interested in a lease proposal of five (5) years cancelable by the Government at any time after the third (3rd) year. Expressions of interest, including information rental quotes should be submitted in writing to the following address within 15 days. The space must meet requirements for handicapped access in accordance with the Americans With Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG) (Code of Federal Regulations 36 CFR Part 1191, App. A), Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS) (Federal Register vol. 49, No. 153, August 7, 1984, reissued as FED. STD. 795, dated April 1, 1988, and amended by Federal Property Management Regulations 41 CFR Subpart 101-19.6, Appendix A, 54 FR 12628, March 28, 1989) and must include all services and utilities. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.
