- Description
- The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) is soliciting proposals for the procurement and delivery of Tactical Data Network (TDN) and enhancements to the file storage capabilities of the TDN by adding a Network Attached Storage (NAS) capability. This solicitation will be 100% Small Business Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside. The contract will be awarded as an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a minimum of $5M and maximum of $55M with an initial procurement of 25 systems. The ordering period for this contract will be a 5-year period. Delivery terms will be Free On Board (FOB) and Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The Government intends to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussions. Each Offeror?s proposal should contain the Offeror?s best cost, price, and technical position. Interested offerors are encouraged to submit questions or requests for clarification to the DRAFT Request For Proposals (RFP) no later than 10 April 2005. The anticipated release date of the RFP is on or about 20 April 05. This is the last update at this website (http://www.fedbizopps.gov) regarding this procurement. All information relative to this procurement, to include the release of the formal RFP document, will be available to industry through the MARCORSYSCOM website http://www.marcorsyscom.usmc.mil/sites/ctq/tdn.asp where all future updates will be posted.
