Description: The contractor shall provide repair and recertification of MK-6 Guidance Systems including Pendulous Integrating Gyroscopic Accelerometers (PIGA), Inertial Measurement Units, Electronic Assemblies, Inertial Measurement Units Electronics, repair parts, test equipment maintenance, and related hardware for the TRIDENT II (D5) MK-6 Guidance Systems. The contract will contain a base year. Procurement will be issued to Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Cambridge, MA, the only know source with the uniquely qualified personnel and facilities in the field of precision guidance design and testing to support the repair of the MK-6 Guidance System for the TRIDENT II (D5) missile program.
