- It is the intent of NAVAIR Orlando, Training Systems Division, Orlando, FL, to award a sole source purchase order, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), to Harrison Corporation, RF Communications Division, 1680 University Ave, Rochester, NY 14610, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Harrison Corporation is a large business. The Government has a requirement for 1 each Advanced Multiband Multimission Tactical Radio System, Part #AN/PRC-117F. The requirements also exists for 1 each Embedded IP Option, Part #10513-8141-01, 1 each Power Supply - AC/DC Input, Part #RF-5850-PS001, 1 each Headset, Light Patrol, Part #RF-3021-HS001, 5 each Data Mating Connector, Part #J69-0016-001, 5 each Conn Backshell STRT CUST OM .375 cable entry, and freight charges. This sole source award is based on Harris Corporation being the only manufacturer with the design,form, fit, and functinal characteristics required.
