- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation can be downloaded from http://www.procurement.msc.navy.mil/Contract/Welcome.jsp or an e-mail request to the POC. Sealift Logistics Command Pacific?s (SEALOGPAC) requirement is to procure Ship?s Navigational Suites for three west coast T-AE, KILAUEA-class, ammunition ships. Only written (fax or email) proposals will be accepted. Proposals must be received no later than 01:00 PM, 26 April 2005.
