- The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA)plans to negotiate on an Other than Full and Open Competition basis with Colorado School of Mines, Golden, CO for laboratory services to continue the development of mass spectroscopy spectr a using MALDI-TOF-MS for Bacillus anthracis spores and vegetative cells and Yersinia pestis vegatitive cells and other organisms identified by the sponsor. Period of Performance is planned for seven (7) months to complete. No telephone requests.
