- Subject project scope consists of installation of new infrared heating system, new water heater, misc. plumbing repairs, electrical service upgrades, misc. interior electrical upgrades, new ceiling system w/lighting, small office renovation, new mezz anine stairs, window replacement, interior and exterior door replacement. Exterior work includes brick repair and repointing, paint removal, exterior preparation, priming and painting, new sidewalks and new concrete drive and hardstand This project is av ailable on compact disk or can be downloaded from web. Project specification files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. The drawing files are in CAL format and can be viewed, naviga ted, or printed using Source View Reader. Both readers are contained in the solicitation package. Minimum system requirements are: 486- based personal computer, Microsoft Windows 3.1 or greater, 8 MB application RAM, 4 MB hard disk space, and compact di sk drive. The price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Hubzone Price Evaluation preference will be ap plied to certified Hubzone Contractors. The solicitation will be issued on or about 19 April 2005 and bids will be due on or about 19 May 2005 at 2PM Local Time. The NAICS code for this project is 236220 with a $28,500,000 size limit. AMENDMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM THE ABOVE WEBSITE BY DOWNLOAD ONLY.
