- This Solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The contractor shall remove as necessary, supply,install, test and place into service equipment in the Fallujah substation in the Anbar Governorate in accordance with Section C. PIF No. GBAZA-021 ALL CORRESPONDENCE AND SUBMITTED PROPOSALS SHALL BE: 1. In English 2. In U.S. Dollars. 3. In MS Word format with no more than one attachment (two files maximum). 4. All proposals shall have a total price in Block 17. 5. Offers must sign in block 20B and date in block 20C. 6. Offers may submit more than one proposal. 7.
