- Description
- This is for a firm fixed-price Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a basic ordering period plus two additional one-year ordering periods. The resulting contract will be for repair of a multiplex processor applicable to the C-5 aircraft. The requirement is for a Teardown, Test, Evaluation and Repair of the multiplex processor. The basic ordering period will be for a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 30 repairs. The additional ordering periods will be for a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 40 repairs. Contract minimum is 1 each; the maximum is the total of the maximum for the three ordering periods. NSN: 4920-01-468-8951UC and the part number is 577700-1000. The contractor will furnish all plant facilities, labor and equipment, special tools and test equipment and materials necessary to perform essential repair, calibration and functional test required to restore assets to a serviceable condition so as to accomplish its intended purpose. Repairs and testing shall be in accordance with specifications, as listed in the Statement of Work (SOW). The desired delivery is to start within 60 days of receipt of the reparable assets and deliver at least 4 per month. The approximate solicitation issue date will be April 25, 2005.
