- This serves as "Notice of Intent" to issue a purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Electric Propulsion Laboratory, 1040 Synthes Avenue, Monument, Colorado on a Sole Source basis to purchase (1) Low Energy Plasma Source System; (1) Gas Flow Point System; and (1) Flange Unit with Gas Flow Electrical Isolator (Conflat 2.75"). This requirement is determined to be available from only one source because of the unique features and proprietary nature of the systems. No formal request will be issued for this procurement. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified in this notice for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. Electric Propulsion Laboratory is a small business and FAR Part 12 applies. All interested parties must be a small business.
