Description

The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), Edwards AFB intends to award a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to FORCE MEASUREMENT SYSTEMS (FMS), 2418 Cypress Way, Fullerton, CA 92831. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) code is 541380. The size standard is $10,000,000. DESC: The following items will be procured: CLIN 0001, Removal & Modification of AMROC 400K Stand; p/n: not applicable; CLIN 0002, Removal & Modification of CSD 250K Stand, p/n: not applicable; CLIN 0003, Calibration System Design and Manufacture, p/n: not applicable; CLIN 0004, MCT-350K-04-117 (assembly of the three (3) previously listed CLINs), p/n: not applicable. These requirements include lifting equipment for removal and operation manuals with on-site training of personnel upon completion. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541380. The size standard is $10,000,000. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received by the publication due date of this notice. Contractors interested in this requirement should submit a complete technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government?s requirement. A determination by the Government whether or not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
