- The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 9 Contracting Office, 3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37129 is issuing a solicitation on behalf of the VA Medical Center, 1030 Jefferson Avenue, Memphis, TN 38104 for the procurement of Gastroenterology (GI) Testing Services. The Contractor shall perform GI tests (CPT Codes 43578, 45380, 45384, 45385, 45330) at the Contractor's facility in accordance with the Statement of Work included in the solicitation. The Contractor's facility shall be within a 100 mile radius of the VA Medical Center, Memphis, TN. It is anticipated that multiple awards will be made. The contract shall be for a six (6) month period with one six (6) month option to renew. The solicitation will be issued o/a 4/5/04 with offers due o/a 4/25/05.
