- Description
- The contractor will provide one or more Gastroenterology specialist(s) to perform diagnostic and therapeutic upper endoscopies and colonoscopies in accordance with the terms and conditions within the RFP. The procedures will be performed at two locations: (1) The VA Palo Alto Health Care System, Livermore, CA on Fridays between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM and, (2) An approved facility outside the Livermore site. The GI scheduling clerk will schedule the Livermore GI Procedure Suite. The GI scheduling clerk will also work with the provider to schedule veterans at the approved outside facility for procedures as availability exists. The contractor shall also complete required documentation/forms and provide completed documentation/forms to the VA Palo Alto Health Care System, Palo Alto, CA on a daily basis for each patient. The contractor will work collaboratively with VA staff to schedule patients within thirty (30) days.
