Description
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for Maintenance of GE CF343A1 and CF34-3B engines. The FAA owns three Challenger Flight Inspection Aircraft, and requires a comprehensive maintenance program for six engines to maintain flight operations worldwide. The FAA intends to negotiate with only one source General Electric Aircraft Engines, Cincinnati Ohio, in accordance with AMS policy 3.2.2.4. Aviation System Standard conducted market research in January 2005 and the results of this survey support our determination to solicit and negotiated with only one firm. This announcement is for information purposes only, not a Request for Proposal. Point of contact Avis Franklin (405) 954-7836.
