- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with New/Sports Microwave, 2732 Via Orange Way, Suite A, Spring Valley, CA 91978 for the relocation and installation of DEA owned MARS equipment. The original equipment was purchase from New/Sports Microwave. New/Sports Microwave is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required support. A justification for other than full and open competition is on file. No solicitation docuements as available and requess for such will not be acknowledge. The determination to open competition is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone inquires will be accepted. See Note 22.
