- Correction: This notice originally publicized in Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) on April 4, 2005, is hereby amended to incorporate the following provision: Surgeon must be able to obtain Medical Staff Membership and General Surgery privileges at a local hospital where procedures may be performed that are outside the scope of minor surgical procedures addressed herein. Said membership and privileges must be obtained immediately upon notification of award. Northern Montana Hospital in Havre, MT or Phillips County Hospital in Malta, MT are acceptable facilities for the purpose of this requirement. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
