- Contractor will provide a software scan system that will integrate with existing CDC systems, will allow for easy and less costly scalability, and will allow The Division of Global Migration and Quarantine (DGMQ) staff to eventually update the system to distribute scanning workloads across quarantine stations in the event that a large, time sensitive outbreak develops. It is believed that SPSS, Inc. (mrPaper/mrScan system) is the only known contractor that meets the requirements mentioned above. It is the intent of CDC to award a contract to SPSS, Inc. if this is found to be true.
