- The proposed procurement is for 15 NSNs: 3040-01-258-1706, 4320-00-086-6940, 4320-00-205-4792, 4320-00-212-4500, 4320-00-386-9517, 4320-00-402-2516, 4320-00-540-4389, 4320-00-671-3293, 4320-00-671-3294, 4330-01-231-9447, 4720-00-241-7660, 4730-00-329-6921, 4730-00-376-5619, 4820-00-670-9846, 4910-01-106-2839. Anticipated contract type is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), for a total estimated annual quantity of 8,564 each for all items. These items will be shipped to various stock locations with established minimum and maximum quantity limits on an as needed basis. This proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 4 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be basded upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A written quotation is required. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/ after the issue date of April 21, 2005. See numbered notes 1, 13 and 26.
