- Description
- Contractor-owned, Contractor-operated fuel storage facilities to receive, store and ship one-grade of US Government-owned JP-8 aviation fuel in the Mediterranean Sea area to include Greece, Malta and Turkey. Approximately 700,000 barrel capacity required. Dedicated system is preferred, however, a common system will be considered. Throughput is expected to remain static.
