- The 460th Space Wing, Buckley Air Force Base (AFB), Colorado, will host a Best Practices Open Forum on the subject of Furniture Procurement on 21 April 2005 from 1:00 PM to approximately 3:00 PM in the Conference Room in Modular 1, located at 320 N. Beaver Creek Street, Buckley AFB, Colorado. The purpose of this Best Practices Open Forum will be to discuss the procurement process Buckley AFB Contracting Squadron is currently utilizing for furniture procurement. In an effort to improve current processes and explore potential avenues for development, Forum participants will be permitted to present ideas on ways to improve the current procurement process for furniture requirements at Buckley AFB. This invitation is NOT intended to be a marketing opportunity, and discussion content must be strictly limited to ideas and suggestions for improving Buckley's furniture procurement process. Participation in this Open Forum does not, in any way, guarantee future business. Any discussion of past, present, or future contracts and requirements in any capacity will not be allowed. Contractors who are eligible to sell to the Government under the NAICS code 337214 are encouraged to participate. In order to secure an opportunity to participate in the Open Forum, please declare your intent in your e-mail response to this general invitation. Participation in this Open Forum shall be limited to the first fifteen (15) respondents to this general invitation. Each business shall be limited to one (1) representative. All responses must be submitted to George.Taylor@Buckley.af.mil and Attila.Kovacs@Buckley.af.mil no later than 15 April 2005 and shall include the following information: NAME OF BUSINESS, NAME OF ATTENDEE, TELEPHONE NUMBER OF ATTENDEE, E-MAIL ADDRESS OF ATTENDEE.
