- Description
- This project consisits of the reconstruction of Pigeon Point Campground. The work will consist of reconstruction of roads,camp-parking spurs, living areas and tent pad areas. The work will include asphalt and striping, aggregate base, concrete flatwork and trail construction, installation of a prefabricated restroom, installation of camp unit furniture such as tables, fire rings, cooking grills and garbage containers. Work will also include the construction and installation of a pre-fabricated metal shade structure, building a riprap armored, earthen boat ramp and building a fence. Other minor improvements to be installed are a gate, removable Bollads, rubberized speed bumps, regulatory signs, camp unit marker posts, wheel stops, and rock barriers. Price range $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. Date and time of pre-bid tour to be in solicitation. Proposer will submit technical as well as price proposal addressing criteria outlined in solitatition. Solicitation will be available on this Web Site on or about April 22, 2005.
