- Description
- Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to relocate floats at the U.S. Coast Guard Aids to Navigation Facility located at the former Military Ocean Terminal, Bayonne, NJ. The work includes but is not limited to the removal and relocation of twenty-four timber floating docks, twenty-six 80? long, 12 inch diameter steel pipe piles, shore tie receptacles and miscellaneous associated work. This Invitation for Bids is 100% small business set-aside for which the applicable small business size standard is $28.5 million average annual receipts for the three previous fiscal years. This project is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. A 20% Bid Bond is required and 100% Performance and Payment Bonds will be required after award. The applicable NAICS Code is 237990. The tentative bid opening date is 19 May 2005. Bid packages will be available on or about 19 April 2005 at a non-refundable charge of $19. Certified Checks or money orders should be made payable to AlphaGraphics and mailed to the firm at: 423 Bloomfield Ave., Montclair, NJ 07043. Do not send fees to the Coast Guard. Any amendments issued under this solicitation shall also be posted on this website.
