Description
NA PR Number: FD2030-05-48549 Item: 0001 NSN: 2995-01-183-8951JF MANIFOLD, P/N: 1279M11G01, the lower Anti-Ice Manifold is a metal pipe that surrounds the under-side portion of the engine front frame. The function is to direct 5th stage compressor bleed air into the front frame to each of the 17 struts, the moveable flaps, and to heat the centerbody cavity to prevent ice formation. The dimensions are 2.5 inches OD pipe, approximately 40 inches long, 4 inches wide and 14 inches height. It is made of mostly nickel and chromium. Total Line Item Qty: 13.0000 EA Applicable to: F101-102. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. Request for Written Quotation will be issued. The anticipated award date will be 60 days after the issuance of this notice. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 22 Oct 2004. The approximate response date of the solicitation will be 22 Nov 2004. The anticipated award date will be 22 Dec 2004. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. To: General Electric Company, Lewis & Saunders Inc., and Elano Corporation. A quantity between 6 and 16 ea will be acquired. The actual quantity will be determined at the time of award. At this time the Government's BEQ is 13 ea. The following quantity ranges for pricing purposes will be solicited. (6-12 ea), and (13-16 ea). First Article Government test required. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements as cited in each individual solicitation. Request for Written Quotation will be issued. The anticipated award date will be 60 days after the issuance of this notice. See Note(s) 1 and 26.
