Description

The General Services Administration Office of the Chief Acquisition Officer intends to procure on a sole source basis a renewal of an installed based software maintenance for the Basic Support Plan included with the MPKI for SSL service and is valid for 60 days. It includes Help Desk phone access during business hours ( Monday thru Friday, 5am to 6pm PST) for up to 2 Administrators to a Verisgn Customer Support Representative, who answers questions about order processing, the MPKI Control Center, and Administrator certificates. Issues are addressesd in as few as 8 and no more than 48 hours according to severity level. This synopsis is a Notice of Intent to place a contract with Verisign for the above software renewal maintenance and should not be considered a request for proposals. All inquiries concerning this sole source procurement must be received within 15 calendar days of the publication of this notice.
