Sole source to SYBASE Professional Services (Bethesda, MD) for technical services ranging from designing and implementing: Architectural Design and Oversight; Web-Based Applications; Replication and Transactional Solutions; COOP Site Solutions; Mobile/Handheld Solutions; Multi-terabyte Data Warehouses; Enterprise Integration Solutions; Enterprise-Wide Portals; and other IT Infrastructure Solution to the Command and Control Program Office (PMW150) and SPAWAR Systems Centers Norfolk and Charleston. Sybase consultants have access to proprietary software both internal and external to the Sybase product suite. This software includes tuning parameters for server products that are not made available to customers due to the complexity and risk involved when adjusting them.
