Description

CONTACT Larry Rubel, 732-532-2991. This is a market survey to locate sources who can either supply new AS-3397/AS-15B, NSN 5895-01-289-4663, antennas and/or repair (i.e. depot level maintenance, for the period: through 30 September 2010). Antennas must have the same operating specifications and physical characteristics as the commercially produced item that is now use. The current source for this item is Chelton Ltd. The government does not have drawings/specifications for these items, some informa tion is proprietary. Suppliers capable of furnishing/repairing these exact items must so indicate, by writing to Commander, USACECOM; ATTN: AMSEL-LC-CCS-A-MM (Larry Rubel); Building 1200E; Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5000. The response must include documentat ion such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with a unit that will be physically and functionally intercha ngeable with the units from the previous supplier. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that the items supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army.
