- 1. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This request for quotation (RFQ) number i s W912CZ-05-T-0033. (iii) This RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-18. (iv) The applicable NAICS is 511210 (v) This RFQ contains one line item: Request a bid on recovery of e mails (stored as PST files) and all electronic documents containing the phrases 'Birchwood' 'NSAHC' or 'North Star' from hard drives of up to ten computers. Award of the contract will be based on three criteria: Professional background/experience in data recovery, turn-around time of the service and cost of the service, in that order with cost having the least weight. Please include references of organizations that have been serviced by your company for data recovery. Data recovered must be able to be i dentified as in the same condition as found by the contractor. The contractor shall deliver to the custodian of the records all recovered data and the data shall be the sole property of DPW, Housing Division. Bids should provide data recovery rates/h our , estimates of hours/hard drive and shipping costs. (vii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition, along with the following addenda. (viii) Offers will be evaluated using the following evaluation factors technical acceptable, price and delivery time. Th e contract will be awarded to the offeror that provides the best value to the government. (ix) All offers must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items (x) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition along with the following addenda: 52.219-1, Small Business Program Representations (Apr 2002). All offers must include a completed copy of this provision. (xi) 252.204-7004.
