Description: This is a notice of the intent to award on a non-competitive basis to Oregon Medical Lab, Eugene, OR. VA Roseburg has a requirement for certain unique laboratory services with a very short turnaround time. To meet those requirements it has been determined that the services must be offered within the geographical area of the Medical Center in Roseburg, OR, or the Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Eugene, OR. These services have such a tight timeframe that the reference lab services currently under contract cannot perform them. The dollar value is estimated at less than $6,000 per year.
