- Description
- Second Draft of PWS for Grants Management Support Services - The Office of Justice Programs (OJP), Office of Administration, Acquisition Management Division, hereby issues the second draft of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Grants Management Support Services. The second draft of the PWS is listed as attachment one to this cover letter. The requirement was previously advertised under reference number 2004PR784. This solicitation is being conducted under the rules of OMB Circular A-76 (revised) dated May 29, 2003. The acquisition was synopsized in Fedbizopps on August 11, 2004 with subsequent modifications posted on September 13, 2004 and December 16, 2004, and on February 1, 2005. This solicitation is a 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541611- Administrative Management and General Consulting Services. The six major tasks and various subtasks listed in this version of the draft PWS represent the most recent list of functions to be competed under this study. As promised, this draft includes performance standards, workload data, and other additional information contained in the technical exhibits at attachment two. Draft solicitation provisions B through K are also provided as attachment three. The draft solicitation, final solicitation and all amendments will appear on Fedbizopps linked to reference number 2004PR784 and the subsequent RFP number when the RFP is issued. Offerors should be aware that due to the nature of the work contained under this performance work statement, the requirement will contain significant conflict of interest restrictions and ethics provisions. Based upon the firm milestones associated with this acquisition, it is anticipated that there will very little room for extensions beyond the due date of the final solicitation. The solicitation is expected to be issued during the third quarter of FY 2005. The deadline for comments to this draft PWS will be Tuesday, April 12, 2005 by 5:00pm.
