- This is a modification to solicitation number SPM406-05-R-0010 for NSN 6130-01-487-3707, PR# 0011088001, Power Supply, in accordance with Sechan Electronics, Inc.. The correct cage code is 7Z941, P/N 7402745-1. Firm fixed price for quantity of 32 with option for increased quantity up to 100%. FOB Destination, inspection and acceptance destination in accordance with QAP 001, critical application item. Requested delivery within 158 days ARO. This is a request for a written offer. Please, submit offers to Bid Custodian at Fax: (804) 279-4165. Technical Data Package Availability: DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this NSN. Alternate offers must submit a Source Approval Package (SAR) along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c )(1). Note 22 applies ? Sole source (FAR 6.302). Unrestricted procurement.
