Description

This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Transmitter, Liquid Quantity. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. The OEM is McDonnell Douglas, Cage 02731. There is one approved source of supply: Simmonds Precision, Cage 89305. The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 6680-01-161-0320; Base Year AEQ: 56 each, Option Year AEQ: 56 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination, 119 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 19 April 05. The anticipated award date is 29 June 05. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies.
