- Solicitation SP0750-05-R3768 is a 100% small business set-aside for NSN 2530-01-211-8405, Beadlock, Pneumatic in accordance with TACOM drawing 19207 12301119 for a quantity of 2292 each, including a 100% option quantity (possible additional 2292 each, IF EXERCISED). NSN requires Origin Inspection and Acceptance and FOB Destination. Requested delivery 150 days. Destination may include any DSCC stock sites. Quotations must be submitted in written form. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of April 21, 2005 at HTTP://DIBBS.DSCC.DLA.MIL/RFP. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MAY SUBMIT AN OFFER, WHICH SHALL BE CONSIDERED. See Numbered Note(s): 1, 13 and 26. "Notice to All Contractors: In a final rule contained in the Federal Acquisition Circular 01- 26 (Item I, FAR Case 2002-24) published in the Federal Register on December 20, 2004, the Federal Acquisition Regulation was amended to require offerors to submit representations and certifications electronically via the Business Partner Network.
