- Description
- The Purpose of this synopsis modification is to remove the small business set-aside restriction. This requirement is now a full and open competitive requirement. This modification also increases the required quantity from 65 to 130. As a result of these changes, the closing date for proposals has been extended to 07 April, 2005 3 PM PST. Amendment 1 to this solicitation will be available for download at http://www-keyport.kpt.nuwc.navy.mil/NECO/solicitation.htm. All other items remain unchanged.
