- FSC 12, NAICS 334511 The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Louisville Detachment intends to procure the following: MK 119 Gun Computer System Cabinets (GCSC) (Various Mod Configurations) ? Estimated Contract Quantity ? 41; MK 119 GCSC On Board Repair Parts (Various Mod Configurations) ? Estimated Contract Quantity - 8; MK 119 GCSC Installation and Checkout Spares (Various Mod Configurations) ? Estimated Contract Quantity ? 4 and MK 119 Mod 0 GCSC COSMAL Spares ? Estimated Contract Quantity - 1. The MK 119 GCSC is a major configuration item of the MK 160 Mod 9 Gun Computer System (GCS) (DDG Class and FMS) and the MK 160 Mod 11 GCS (CG Class). The GCSC is also the cornerstone of the MK 160 GCS variant for the USCG Deepwater Program. The MK 119 GCSCs consist of Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and Non-Developmental Item (NDI) components. This acquisition will be conducted using full and open competition under commercial item acquisition procedures, Federal Acquisition Regulati! on (FAR), Part 12. The government intends to issue a five (5) year firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. Packaging, handling and shipping shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1. Inspection and acceptance shall be performed at destination by a representative of the Government. The contractor?s quality system must be compliant with the key requirements of ANSI/ISO/ASQC Q9001-2000. Delivery is required to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Louisville Detachment, Louisville, Kentucky. The anticipated issue date for this solicitation is April 13, 2005. The solicitation will be available for downloading AFTER April 13th from http://www.phdnswc.navy.mil.
