- Description
- The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to negotiate with Raytheon Company, 528 Boston Post Road, Sudbury, MA 01776 for Australia?s Air Warfare Destroyers (AWD) Program requirements and Spain?s F100 FLTII Program requirements. Specifically, these requirements are for the AEGIS Weapon System SPY-1D(V) Transmitter Groups and FCS MK99 Equipment, components, associated support, data, installation parts, provisioning and documentation. Raytheon is the developer and original equipment manufacturer and is currently the only qualified source for this equipment with the special production facilities and test equipment. RFP N00024-05-R-5123 will be issued to Raytheon. Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact Raytheon directly. See Note 22.
