- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) order to Martin-Baker Aircraft Company, Limited under sole-source BOA N00019-05-P2AS012 for engineering, technical and logistic support in the incorporation and testing of the Joint Helmet Mounted Cueing System (JHMCS) in Swiss?s Air Force F/A-18 aircraft Navy Aircrew Common Ejection Seats (NACES). Martin-Baker Aircraft Company, Limited is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of NACES and the only known source with the required technical and data to meet the Government needs.
